The standards of achievement on the University Preparation Programme will be externally verified by a specially appointed external verifier (referred to as Quality Reviewer). The Quality Reviewer will sign off the achievement of individual students and will report to OCN as the awarding body. Students will be issued OCN and AIBS Online certificates to students for successful completion.

The programme has been approved using the criteria for the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) which is currently under development by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. This means that the University Preparation Programme and any other courses developed by AIBS Online will articulate with and be compatible with the QCF.
